How to Make Biscuits and Chorizo Gravy
- Preheat your oven according to the package instructions or your favorite homemade biscuit recipe.
- While the biscuits are baking, heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chorizo to the pan, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks for about 7 minutes until browned.
