Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or 350°F.
  2. Combine the sunflower seeds, a pinch of salt, and the maple syrup in a bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed, creating a sticky and cohesive mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture by pressing it into a small round cookie cutter on a lined baking sheet or spoon the mixture onto the parchment to make clusters.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they turn a lovely golden brown.
  5. Cool completely on a wire rack to firm up. Dip the bottoms of the bites into melted dark chocolate or drizzle it on top.
