  • 1.5 cups Water or Beef Broth Vegetable broth can be used for a plant-based option.

  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce Omit for vegetarian versions.
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Aminos Soy sauce alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari Lite Low-sodium soy sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Do not substitute with other oils.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Use sparingly.
  • 1 teaspoon Sweetener (Sugar or Stevia/Monk Fruit) Optional.
For the Veggie and Protein Additions
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables Interchangeable with favorite veggies.
  • 1 cup Baby Lima Beans or Chosen Protein Can replace with shrimp, chicken, or tofu.

Instructions
  1. Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Place the rinsed rice in your rice cooker.
  2. Whisk together oyster sauce, coconut aminos, tamari, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sweetener in a small bowl.
  3. Pour water or broth into the rice cooker, then add the mixed sauces. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Incorporate mixed vegetables and your chosen protein into the rice cooker. Stir well.
  5. Cover the rice cooker and set it to cook according to the manufacturer's instructions (about 25 minutes).
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving hot. Optionally, enhance with fresh herbs or sesame seeds.
