- In a separate bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the veggies and toss well to incorporate the flavors.
- Slice the chicken sausage into ¾ inch rounds and mix it with the seasoned veggies in the bowl, ensuring everything is well-distributed.
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Spread the veggie and sausage mixture evenly in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy it on its own or with cauliflower rice or brown rice.
