  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder Ensure it's gluten-free if sensitive.
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Substitute with nutmeg for a different spice note.
  • 1 pinch Salt Omit if on a sodium-restricted diet.

For the Topping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 6.5x6.5 inches oven-safe dish.
  2. Blend all ingredients, except for the raspberries, in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the greased dish and gently sprinkle the raspberries on top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set; alternatively, microwave on medium-high for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or cold, and store any leftovers in an airtight container.
