Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (fan) or 210°C (non-fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling by removing the casings from the pork sausages. Mix together with apple sauce, dried apple, thyme, and salt until well combined.
  3. Cut the ready-rolled puff pastry into two long strips. Place the sausage mixture down the center of each strip.
  4. Brush one edge of the pastry with beaten egg and roll over the filling. Cut into desired lengths.
  5. Arrange on the baking tray, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
