  • 2 fillets Salmon Remove pin bones
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For coating
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup For sweetness
For the Crust
  • 1/2 cup Shelled Pistachios Substitute with other nuts if desired
For Serving
  • 2 wedges Lemon For squeezing before serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels.
  3. Rub the salmon with olive oil to ensure it's evenly coated.
  4. Mix minced garlic and honey in a bowl and spread on the salmon.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then press the chopped pistachios on top.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily; let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
