How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Pizza
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired size and thickness.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the green bell pepper and onions until caramelized and tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to create a roux, then gradually add milk and Parmesan, stirring until creamy.
- Spread the garlic white sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough. Layer on the sautéed vegetables and steak, and sprinkle provolone cheese on top.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Once baked, slice the pizza and serve hot.
