How to Make Peach & Brie Grilled Cheese
  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the brie in half both through the center and across the diameter to make four thinner pieces.
  3. Pit and thinly slice the peach.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan.
  5. Layer with one slice of brie, followed by half of the peach slices, then sprinkle with fresh basil.
  6. Top with another slice of brie and a second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  7. Cook until golden brown, then carefully flip to toast the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
