How to Make Peach & Brie Grilled Cheese
- Butter one side of each slice of bread, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Slice the brie in half both through the center and across the diameter to make four thinner pieces.
- Pit and thinly slice the peach.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan.
- Layer with one slice of brie, followed by half of the peach slices, then sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Top with another slice of brie and a second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then carefully flip to toast the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
