  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda Ensure it's fresh.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjust for dietary needs.
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon/Nutmeg/Ginger Use fresh spices for best flavor.

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your silicone donut pan with coconut oil spray.
  2. Whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, apple pie spice, and sea salt.
  3. Melt coconut oil, then mix in coconut milk, applesauce, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently without overmixing.
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan until just filled, smoothing the tops.
  6. Bake for 16-17 minutes until lightly golden. Cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Optional: Spray tops with coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon or sugar alternative before serving.
