  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut Offers a fun texture.

Equipment

  • zip-lock bag
  • mixing bowl
  • plastic wrap

Method

How to Make Oreo Sushi Rolls
  1. Begin by placing the Oreo cookies in a zip-lock bag and crush them into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the Rice Krispies cereal into the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently.
  4. Take a sheet of plastic wrap and lay it flat. Spread a layer of the Oreo mixture evenly onto the plastic wrap.
  5. Place your fresh fruits in a line along one edge of the Oreo layer.
  6. Carefully lift the edge of the plastic wrap and start rolling the Oreo layer away from you, creating a log shape.
  7. Once rolled, place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Remove the sushi roll from the refrigerator, slice it into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with powdered sugar or shredded coconut.
