Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cream together the butter, light brown sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth and airy.
- Combine the all-purpose flour gradually, mixing until well integrated. Press evenly into a greased 9x13" pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Mix together melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and shredded coconut in the same bowl.
- Spread the well-drained crushed pineapple over the crust, then layer the coconut mixture on top.
- Bake again for another 30 minutes until golden on top.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
