Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, stir together rolled oats, ground oats, salt, and cardamom until evenly mixed.
- Pour in the melted coconut oil and maple syrup, mixing thoroughly until all dry ingredients are coated.
- Take about ¾ of the oat mixture and press it into a lined 7” square tin. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof dish over low heat, stirring frequently. Mix in the tahini until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate-tahini mixture over the chilled oat base, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top.
- Return the tin to the freezer and chill for 30-60 minutes until set.

Drizzle with extra melted chocolate for a gourmet touch. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
