Cooking Steps
- Season the sirloin steaks generously with smoked paprika, onion powder, and your favorite steak seasoning.
- Sear the steaks in a medium skillet over medium-high heat with butter for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Sauté the onions, green peppers, and garlic in the same skillet until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the flour to the sautéed vegetables and stir for about 1 minute.
- Transfer the seared steaks to the slow cooker. Add the sautéed veggies, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and water.
