Ingredients
  

For the Monkey Bread
  • 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough homemade dough works too
  • 1 cup Pepperoni can substitute with sausage or leave out
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese opt for low-moisture mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grana Padano makes a great alternative
  • 1/2 cup Butter use vegan butter for dairy-free option
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil melted butter can be used as alternative
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Flakes fresh diced onion can also be used
  • 2 cloves Garlic swap with garlic powder if needed
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning use fresh herbs or individual dried ones
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes omit for a milder flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley fresh basil can be a substitute

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Mix the olive oil, butter, onion flakes, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and parsley in a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave until melted.
  3. Cut refrigerated pizza dough into 1.5-inch pieces and quarter the biscuits.
  4. Layer a third of the pepperoni and Parmesan at the bottom of the Bundt pan.
  5. Toss the dough pieces in the oil mixture until well-coated, then layer half of them into the Bundt pan.
  6. Sprinkle half of the remaining pepperoni, Parmesan, drizzle some marinara, and add half of the mozzarella over the initial layer.
  7. Top with the remaining dough pieces, then add the last of the marinara, pepperoni, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
