How to Make Melon and Cucumber Mint Salad
  1. Cube the melon and cucumber into bite-sized pieces, placing them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese over the top of the salad.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, if using, then toss gently to combine.
