Steps to Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the farro according to package instructions until it’s tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Marinate the chicken in balsamic dressing for at least 30 minutes, then sauté in a skillet until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Layer the cooked farro in a baking dish, followed by the roasted tomatoes and drained white beans.
- Place the sautéed chicken on top, garnish with torn mozzarella, and sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with additional fresh basil.
