Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients with care, avoiding overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into 36 meatballs, encasing a mozzarella cube inside each.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into long strips to wrap around the meatballs.
- Thread the dough and meatballs onto wooden skewers, spacing about ¼ inch apart.
- Mix garlic butter ingredients and brush half over the skewers.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- After cooking, brush remaining garlic butter on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
