  • 2 tsp Chili Flakes Omit for a milder flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Dried Oregano Can substitute with fresh herbs.
  • 2 tbsp Basil Can substitute with fresh herbs.
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Can substitute with fresh herbs.
For the Garlic Butter
  • ¼ cup Butter Melted, can substitute with olive oil.
  • 4 tbsp Additional Garlic For garlic butter mixture.
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
For Assembly
  • 1 tube Store-bought Pizza Dough Can replace with homemade dough or puff pastry.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients with care, avoiding overmixing.
  3. Shape the mixture into 36 meatballs, encasing a mozzarella cube inside each.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into long strips to wrap around the meatballs.
  5. Thread the dough and meatballs onto wooden skewers, spacing about ¼ inch apart.
  6. Mix garlic butter ingredients and brush half over the skewers.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. After cooking, brush remaining garlic butter on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
