  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices Option for turkey or vegan versions.
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Black Olives Optional.

  • 1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms Optional; alternatives include spinach or zucchini.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. Blend cream cheese and crumbled sausage in a mixing bowl until smooth and well combined.
  3. Lay one low-carb tortilla on a baking sheet, forming the base of your pizza.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with a second low-carb tortilla, pressing it down gently.
  7. Spread keto-friendly marinara sauce over the top, then layer remaining mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Bake in your preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Cool the pizza for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
