Steps to Make Loaded Ground Beef and Potatoes Skillet
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the chopped raw bacon in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and drain any excess grease, keeping flavor in the skillet.
- Brown the ground beef, stirring in dry mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until there's no pink remaining.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the skillet, followed by the cooked ground beef mixture.
- Top with the remaining sliced potatoes.
- Pour the skim milk over layered ingredients and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
