  • 1 lb Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix Or homemade onion powder blend.
  • 1 large Egg Or flax egg for vegan option.
  • 1 cup Plain Breadcrumbs Crushed crackers can be used for texture.
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk Replace with non-dairy milk for lactose-free.
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup Barbecue sauce can be used for a smokier flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can be used for gluten-free.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can also be used.
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper Adjust based on personal taste.
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup Use a blend with brown sugar and mustard for a kick.
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Optional for those who prefer less sugar.
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
  2. Combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture to your loaf pan or shape it on a baking sheet.
  4. Mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze and spread it over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing.
