- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
- Combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently.
- Transfer the mixture to your loaf pan or shape it on a baking sheet.
- Mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze and spread it over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing.
