How to Make Lemony Parmesan Kale Salad
  1. Prepare the Kale by removing the tough stems and washing the leaves thoroughly. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Massage the Kale by sprinkling sea salt over the leaves and gently massaging for 1-2 minutes until soft.
  3. Add Crunch by finely chopping the croutons and sprinkling them over the massaged kale.
