How to Make Lemon Vanilla Protein Donuts
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Combine all the donut ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix using an electric mixer on medium/high speed until smooth.
- Grease a 6-hole donut pan with cooking spray.
- Pour or pipe the batter evenly into the six molds.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Whisk together the lemon glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for 3-4 minutes.
- Glaze each donut using a spoon once they’re cool.
- Top each glazed donut with lemon zest.
