  • 1 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour Or gluten-free flour
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil Or avocado oil
For the Creamy Lemon Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Preferably fresh
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Low-sodium recommended
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Or light cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
Seasoning & Garnish
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper generously.
  3. Combine grated Pecorino Romano cheese and all-purpose flour in a shallow dish. Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
  6. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add fresh lemon juice, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the skillet. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy lemon sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
