- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast pine nuts for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt ghee in a cast iron skillet, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and crumbly.
- Mix in cinnamon, allspice, salt and pepper; cook for another minute.
- Stir in toasted pine nuts evenly with the beef mixture.
- Serve on plates, garnish with fresh parsley, and optionally serve with tahini sauce or turmeric rice.
