How to Make Kuku Sabzi
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and finely chop the fresh cilantro and parsley.
  3. Add in the raisins, olive oil, salt, pepper, turmeric, eggs, and baking powder. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. Transfer the herb mixture into a well-greased cast iron or oven-safe skillet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the Kuku Sabzi to cool slightly before slicing.
