  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill Adds zesty flavor.

For Serving
  • 4 cups Greens Salad Mix Fresh salad base.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the ground turkey, egg, chopped spinach, feta, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 6 compact patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve the burgers on a bed of greens and drizzle with Green Goddess dressing.
