Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Combine in a large bowl the ground turkey, egg, chopped spinach, feta, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 6 compact patties.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve the burgers on a bed of greens and drizzle with Green Goddess dressing.
