How to Make Balsamic Baked Chicken Breast
  1. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. After marinating, place chicken in a lined baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste halfway through for moisture.
