For the Fudge Filling
  • 1 can Condensed Milk 397g, can use dairy or non-dairy.
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips 170g, semi-sweet or dark chocolate recommended.
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder Dutch-processed is ideal for darker fudge.
For Decoration
  • 30 pieces Candy Eyes Can substitute with colorful sprinkles.

How to Make Spooky Halloween Cookies
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine condensed milk and chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  2. Sift cocoa powder into the melted mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Allow the fudge to cool for a few minutes until it’s thick but still pipeable.
  4. Transfer the cooled fudge to a piping bag. Pipe a generous amount onto one oatmeal cookie, then top it with another cookie.
  5. Place candy eyes on top of each cookie sandwich for decoration. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
