How to Make Shrimp Stuffed Jalapenos
  1. Prepare Peppers: Begin by cutting a slit lengthwise in each jalapeno. Carefully remove the seeds and membranes for a milder flavor.
  2. Season Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle them with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place one shrimp inside each jalapeno half.
  3. Wrap with Bacon: Take half a slice of bacon and wrap each stuffed jalapeno tightly. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Prepare Glaze: In a mixing bowl, combine honey and hot sauce to create a glaze. Brush over each jalapeno.
  5. Broil: Broil for 6-7 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and shrimp is opaque.
  6. Serve: Remove toothpicks if used and serve warm.
