Preparation
- Preheat your oven to a sizzling 500°F.
- Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and rosemary in a bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Stir in the water and olive oil until fully combined.
- Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper.
- Roll the dough out until it’s about 1/8th of an inch thick.
- Trim the edges if desired.
- Cut the dough into squares using a pizza cutter and brush with water. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Transfer the dough, still on the parchment paper, onto a baking sheet and reduce the heat to 425°F.
- Bake them for 12–17 minutes or until golden and crisp.
