Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse sea salt plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
Optional Topping
  • 1 teaspoon Extra sea salt for sprinkling on top

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to a sizzling 500°F.
  2. Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and rosemary in a bowl. Whisk until combined.
  3. Stir in the water and olive oil until fully combined.
  4. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper.
  5. Roll the dough out until it’s about 1/8th of an inch thick.
  6. Trim the edges if desired.
  7. Cut the dough into squares using a pizza cutter and brush with water. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Transfer the dough, still on the parchment paper, onto a baking sheet and reduce the heat to 425°F.
  9. Bake them for 12–17 minutes or until golden and crisp.
