Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grate the mozzarella cheese and mince the garlic, setting them aside.
  3. Cut the slider rolls in half and arrange them in a greased casserole dish. Spread pizza sauce over the bottom half, drizzle hot honey, layer mozzarella and pepperoni, then finish with another drizzle of hot honey.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic and hot honey until well combined, then brush this mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle grated parmesan and oregano, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve fresh or store in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
