How to Make Wisconsin Pâté
- Soften the Cream Cheese: Begin by placing the cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Use a mixer to whip it until it’s light and fluffy, just a couple of minutes will do!
- Add Cheddar Cheese: Next, mix in the spreadable cheddar cheese. Continue to whip until the two cheeses are beautifully combined and creamy.
- Incorporate Green Onions: Finely slice the green onions, using both the white and green parts. Gently fold them into the cheese mixture for a fresh bite.
- Combine Remaining Ingredients: Add the Underwood Roast Beef Spread, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated, creating a smooth pâté.
- Refrigerate: Transfer your delicious mixture into a bowl, cover it, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. For best results, let it chill overnight to enhance the flavors!
- Serve: Before serving, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Garnish with dried parsley and serve with Triscuit crackers, capers, or shallots for added flair.
