How to Make Viral Chocolate Banana Bark
  1. Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Peel and slice the bananas into ⅓-inch thick slices and arrange closely on the lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the banana slices fully. If needed, microwave the peanut butter for easier spreading and freeze this layer for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat the chocolate in a microwave-safe dish in 30-second intervals until mostly melted, then pour it over the banana and peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  5. Freeze the bark for at least 90 minutes until set and firm to the touch.
  6. Once set, remove the bark from the freezer, peel off the parchment paper, and break it into large pieces.
