How to Make Viral Chocolate Banana Bark
- Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Peel and slice the bananas into ⅓-inch thick slices and arrange closely on the lined baking sheet.
- Spread the peanut butter evenly over the banana slices fully. If needed, microwave the peanut butter for easier spreading and freeze this layer for 20 minutes.
- Heat the chocolate in a microwave-safe dish in 30-second intervals until mostly melted, then pour it over the banana and peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Freeze the bark for at least 90 minutes until set and firm to the touch.
- Once set, remove the bark from the freezer, peel off the parchment paper, and break it into large pieces.
