  • 150 grams Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Substitute with ricotta if needed
  • 50 grams Parmesan Cheese Grated fresh for maximum flavor
  • 100 grams Greek Yogurt Can substitute with sour cream

  • 16 sheets Phyllo Pastry Have extra on hand
  • 100 grams Butter For brushing between layers
  • 50 ml Club Soda Just a sprinkle
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional, for topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crumble the feta cheese into a mixing bowl. Add the garlic and herb cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Brush a baking pan with melted butter. Layer three sheets of phyllo in the pan, brushing each layer with butter.
  4. Place another phyllo sheet on top, drizzle with butter, and sprinkle some filling. Repeat to create pleated strips, then place them in the prepared pan.
  5. Fold over the edges of the phyllo over your filling. Score the top lightly, then drizzle with the remaining butter and splash of club soda. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
