  • 1 tablespoon 2% Milk Use plant-based milk for dairy-free option

  • 1/4 teaspoon Rubbed Sage Dried thyme can replace
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Chopped Peeled Apple Any tart apple, like Granny Smith
  • 1 cup Whole Kernel Corn Frozen corn can be used
  • 1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs Gluten-free breadcrumbs can be used
For the Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Honey Maple syrup is a good alternative
  • 3-4 tablespoons Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can work too
  • 3/4 teaspoon Minced Fresh Rosemary Dried rosemary is acceptable

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create a pocket in each pork chop by slicing along the side.
  3. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown each chop for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Mix onion, parsley, milk, salt, sage, pepper, apple, corn, and breadcrumbs in a bowl; fill the chops.
  5. Arrange the filled chops in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  6. Combine honey, Dijon mustard, and rosemary for the sauce; pour over the chops.
  7. Bake chops uncovered for 50-60 minutes, brushing with reserved sauce during the last 20 minutes.
