- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Create a pocket in each pork chop by slicing along the side.
- Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown each chop for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Mix onion, parsley, milk, salt, sage, pepper, apple, corn, and breadcrumbs in a bowl; fill the chops.
- Arrange the filled chops in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Combine honey, Dijon mustard, and rosemary for the sauce; pour over the chops.
- Bake chops uncovered for 50-60 minutes, brushing with reserved sauce during the last 20 minutes.
