- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl.
- Spread the creamy mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Layer the parmesan cheese first, followed by the mozzarella cheese.
- Add the pepperoni slices or desired pizza toppings on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional red pepper flakes and serve.
