How to Make Pesto Egg Sandwich
- Warm up the 4 tablespoons of pesto in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes.
- Take the English muffin halves and arrange them on a baking sheet. Top one half of each muffin with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Crack the 4 eggs directly into the skillet over the warmed pesto and let them cook for about 3 minutes.
- Layer each English muffin half with a cooked egg and drizzle about a ½ tablespoon of chili onion crunch on top.
- Plate your Pesto Egg Sandwiches and serve them warm.
