How to Make Peanut Sauce
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, tamari, lime juice, maple syrup, and sriracha. Use a microplane to finely mince the ginger and garlic right on top for a fresh flavor boost.
  2. Grab a whisk and blend the ingredients well until smooth. Remember, it will be thick right now, which is perfectly okay!
  3. Add a tablespoon of water to the mixture, then whisk again. This will thin out the sauce; feel free to add another tablespoon if you prefer a lighter texture.
  4. This delectable peanut sauce can be used immediately or stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
