To Serve

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a sheet pan with foil.
  2. Mix together ground beef, minced garlic, ginger, sliced green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on one half of the sheet pan with broccoli on the other.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Sauté remaining minced garlic and ginger in a skillet until fragrant.
  6. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water, rice wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes in the skillet.
  7. Create a cornstarch slurry and add to sauce until thickened.
  8. Toss cooked meatballs in the sauce and serve with roasted broccoli.
