- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a sheet pan with foil.
- Mix together ground beef, minced garlic, ginger, sliced green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on one half of the sheet pan with broccoli on the other.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Sauté remaining minced garlic and ginger in a skillet until fragrant.
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water, rice wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes in the skillet.
- Create a cornstarch slurry and add to sauce until thickened.
- Toss cooked meatballs in the sauce and serve with roasted broccoli.
