Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Prepare the ham by placing it cut-side down in a foil-lined roasting pan.
  3. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, checking periodically until the internal temperature reaches 120°F (49°C).
  4. Combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan: brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, butter, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Stir gently over medium heat until well mixed.
  6. Simmer the mixture for about 20 minutes, letting it thicken into a glossy glaze.
  7. Baste the ham by uncovering it and generously applying the glaze.
  8. Return the ham to the oven for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  9. Cool the ham slightly before slicing and serving it warm.
