Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 cup Mini pepperoni Regular-sized works too!
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce Your favorite will elevate the taste.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Ensures gooey, melty goodness.
For the Wrapper
  • 10 sheets Egg roll wrappers Creates the crispiness; spring roll wrappers are a lighter option.

Method
 

Steps to Make
  1. Preheat your oil by filling a pan with 1"-2" of oil and heating it to 350°F.
  2. Cut each egg roll wrapper into 4 squares.
  3. Chop the mozzarella cheese into smaller pieces.
  4. Mix the filling by adding chopped pepperoni, pizza sauce, and cheese into a bowl.
  5. Place heaping teaspoonfuls of the filling onto the left side or center of each square.
  6. Wet the edges of the wrapper using your finger and a bit of water.
  7. Roll the pizza roll up gently, pressing above and below the filling to seal the edges.
  8. Fold the top and bottom edges down over the filling and wet them again.
  9. Seal each roll tightly to prevent any bursting while frying.
  10. Fry about 4 rolls at a time in the heated oil for 1-2 minutes.
  11. Remove the rolls from the oil and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate.
  12. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
