  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder Acts as a leavening agent; make sure it’s fresh for a fluffy cake.
  • 1 tsp Salt Enhances flavor; just a pinch makes a big difference.
  • 1/2 cup Butter Adds richness; use softened butter for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar Sweetens the cake and helps with browning; it’s the key to that beautiful crust.
  • 3 Large Eggs Adds structure and moisture; make sure they’re at room temperature for better mixing.
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract Contributes a warm, rich flavor; opt for pure for best results.
