- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and thoroughly dried spinach. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Lightly flour your countertop, then unroll your puff pastry sheet. Spread the filling evenly across the pastry, leaving one long edge bare.
- Starting from the filled side, carefully roll the pastry tightly toward the bare edge, sealing as you go. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Once chilled, slice the log into half-inch rounds. Arrange pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
