  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper to taste
  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach thawed, drained, and squeezed
For the Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 each Egg for egg wash

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and thoroughly dried spinach. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lightly flour your countertop, then unroll your puff pastry sheet. Spread the filling evenly across the pastry, leaving one long edge bare.
  3. Starting from the filled side, carefully roll the pastry tightly toward the bare edge, sealing as you go. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  5. Once chilled, slice the log into half-inch rounds. Arrange pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
