How to Make Creole Butter
  1. In a medium bowl, add the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together until everything is well combined and somewhat creamy.
  2. Scoop the Creole butter mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Roll it into a log shape, pressing and shaping it as you go. Ensure it is fully wrapped in plastic, twisting the ends tightly to hold its form, and refrigerate until firm.
  3. If you're in the mood for a delightful butter dip, simply melt the Creole butter in the microwave in 20-second increments. Stir between increments until it's fully melted and ready for a dip.
  4. Keep your delicious Creole butter stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where it will stay fresh for up to 5 days.
  5. Enjoy your Creole butter with grilled chicken, juicy beef, succulent pork, fresh seafood, or steamed veggies. The possibilities are endless!
