How to Make Chocolate Stout Doughnuts
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your doughnut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, chipotle powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the stout, eggs, and milk until well combined.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fill each well of the doughnut pan about 2/3 full and smooth the tops.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly in the pan.
- Optional: Top with spiced chocolate glaze and enjoy!
