Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into squares that fit into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake the pastry shells in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove the pastry from the oven and press down the center of each shell with a spoon.
- Add a spoonful of cream to each shell.
- Crack an egg into each pastry cup.
- Sprinkle cheese and fresh herbs on top of the eggs.
- Bake until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain runny, approximately 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
