Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Lightly dust your countertop with flour, then unfold the refrigerated puff pastry into a rectangle.
- Brush the surface of the puff pastry with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar blend across the pastry.
- Slice the pastry into 1-inch wide strips and twist each strip several times to create spirals.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the twisted strips in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown.
- Transfer the twists to a wire rack to cool slightly.
- Mix powdered sugar with a splash of milk or water until smooth and drizzle over the warm twists.
- Enjoy warm or allow to cool completely.
