  • 1 sheet Refrigerated Puff Pastry Keep it cold but not frozen for easier handling.
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon Key flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Enhances sweetness.
Optional Glaze
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar For drizzling.
  • 2 tablespoons Milk or Water To achieve a smooth glaze.

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  2. Lightly dust your countertop with flour, then unfold the refrigerated puff pastry into a rectangle.
  3. Brush the surface of the puff pastry with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar blend across the pastry.
  4. Slice the pastry into 1-inch wide strips and twist each strip several times to create spirals.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the twisted strips in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown.
  7. Transfer the twists to a wire rack to cool slightly.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with a splash of milk or water until smooth and drizzle over the warm twists.
  9. Enjoy warm or allow to cool completely.
