Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare baking sheets by greasing them or lining with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the filling in a large bowl with cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Fill each chip with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the filled chips.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with friends and family.
