  • 12 rolls Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls King's Hawaiian or similar store-bought types are recommended.
  • 2 cups Cooked Lobster Meat Can substitute with crab meat.
For the Garlic Chive Butter
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter Melted.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chives Chopped; substitute with green onions if necessary.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Clove Grated; garlic powder can also be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning Adjust to taste.

How to Make Pull Apart Lobster Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the dinner rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Hollow out each roll by cutting circular openings in the tops.
  4. Combine melted butter, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, and grated garlic in a bowl.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously both inside and outside of the hollowed rolls.
  6. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Toss the warm chopped lobster with the remaining garlic butter mixture.
  8. Fill each hollowed roll with the lobster mixture, pressing gently to pack.
