How to Make Pull Apart Lobster Sliders
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the dinner rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Hollow out each roll by cutting circular openings in the tops.
- Combine melted butter, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, and grated garlic in a bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture generously both inside and outside of the hollowed rolls.
- Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Toss the warm chopped lobster with the remaining garlic butter mixture.
- Fill each hollowed roll with the lobster mixture, pressing gently to pack.
